  1. Licorice root extract. Ever had the raw stuff? Delicious, and sweet without calories.

  2. Beluga lentils. I love all lentils.

  3. Soya sauce. Sodium!

  4. Black beans. With garlic and, mmm...

  5. Black sesame paste. As seen inside dim sum!

  6. Squid ink gets an honorable mention, just for the squid.
