The first thing I discovered was that, with 30 minutes less sleep, I get hungry at 10:00. I also fall back into my habit of falling asleep on the TTC on the way to work. By the end of the day, I'd gotten a fair bit of work done, but I was so tired by 4:30 that I just came home and crashed instead of working out. Dinner ended up being a peanut butter sandwich with salad on the side.
The day went better. I got the project I'm working on now 98% done. All I had to do was get some info from the end users. I left work and had a great workout at the gym. Came home, did a pile of dishes, made salsa chicken and baked potato for dinner.
Today, I was feeling pretty run down. I spent the morning in meetings. The last meeting I had ended with the project I've been working on for the past 3 weeks has been, by and large, a waste of time. So I spent the afternoon being grumpy and wasting time. I went to the gym, had a full workout that left me exhausted. Came home, did another pile of dishes, made lamb medallions with green beans and bread. Collapsed into my chair. Now it's 11pm, again, and I'm going to be exhausted again tomorrow.
