If 10 is supposed to be average strength, then people in D&D worlds are in pretty good shape; my 11 is probably slightly high. I do my regualr reps at 135, so I figured that, for my theoretical "max press", I'd go one higher.

And yes, the javascript popup is very annoying; doubly so since I usually use a text-based browser while at work, so a pop up window is completely non functional.

They most certainly must be very strong in the D&D world ... mine put my strength at 9, and I'd consider myself to be in pretty good shape. Of course, I'm completely unsure if it's my max press.

Maybe I should find that out sometime. Just keep on piling on the weight until I can't lift it. Maybe our strengths would then be higher?

The strength scale is messed up. I've known some incredibly massive guys (as in, have to go sideays through doorways) who can bench 400lbs on a good day. The upper end, if I recall correctly, is actually more than the current world record holder can lift.
