  • Restock emergency protein bar supplies for nights when shopping must come between lengthy workouts and dinner - the low blood sugar nausea and dizziness are almost certainly not healthy.

  • Don't give up so easily.

  • Sleep more.

  • Don't make important decisions while tired with fucked up blood sugar levels.
