Good things

It's being a particularly humpish Humpday, so...

Three.Good.Things!


  1. A positive response to an inquiry

  2. My left bicep is sore two days after lifting Monday night! (I have a hard time getting good workouts on my biceps, especially the left one - sore two days later means I hit the right level)

  3. Taxes are computed, and just need to be printed and e-filed tonight.

Mondays are heavy! Monday nights a little less so.

You should wear a weight brace when lifting any days, except Sunday, because the sun is pretty light.
