I really am not sure why I have been so exhausted all week long. It doesn't seem to matter how early I go to bed, I wake up exhausted, and get progressively more tired all day long. This makes no sense to me.

It's beginning to look like I will get no exercising done this week. I simply haven't energy. Just getting home from work seems to be a massive exertion.

Hopefully next week will be better. There isn't too much planned for this weekend. Sleep. Yes, sleep is good.
