Little things that tell you that you're pushing yourself too hard;

I went to bed last night at 9pm, and slept almost continuously until 6:30 am. I am still exhausted. I wonder if this is some lingering after-effect of the Big Sick.

Alternately, it could be something more nasty, like a relapse of mono, or something related to my thyroid issues or something.

I have other things weighing on my mind lately, but I suspect my exhausted state is layering on double thick pessimism right now, so I don't fully trust myself to assess things.
